Lakefront Pink Cottage

The neon shacks and the kind souls with the secret tiny heaven scenery-top notch! Positive: My pink crevis of heaven- I liked the fact that I have not been to visit my bright neon cabins on Harvey lake for probably 6 to 7 years and I booked a night with my two year old after seeing it on booking.com. The first time I experienced this amazing little hidden gem but during bike week and the little vibe of cabin party was amazing. That was before baby days and it’s clear that no matter whether it’s the depths of bike week in the local Laconia area, or a family with toddlers type of camping fun …This place is a straight up vibe . Every single person in those rentals agreed with the amazingness and it’s a hidden gem in a place where people can escape without going anywhere…and it’s one big beautiful spot with the world most adorable neon shacks …but hands down-the porch is life! Private, clean, simple and the owners are the reason it radiates like it does because they run a business they care about and they create a big cabin family along the way. Kind is an understatement and I even got a thoroughly pleasant visit when I arrived and got handed a mug which happened to match the cute candies that are all personalized in their business logo. These owners are nailing everything in a big way and I hope this place stays around forever. True perfection. Negative: Not one goddang thing. If I did need something or had something to tend to, they were extremely kind and already ten steps ahead.

My stay in the pink cottage was absolutely probably the most relaxing time I’ve experienced in such a long time. The studio cabin came well equipped with everything I needed from dishes to silverware it was all there. Cooktop stove and refrigerator and impeccably cleaned. The views are amazing and Lake Harvey is so peaceful. Kayaks to use in a boat dock to fish. Best of all my two dogs were completely welcome there.

Great place to stay. My 7th year. Totally recommend this place !!!

Charming, great location, pet-friendly, welcoming host! Positive: The cottage was charming and in a lovely location. Pet-friendly lodging was definitely a plus. The host was welcoming and immediately responsive. The cottage suited our needs for a short stay--two nights. We particularly liked the screened in porch area overlooking the lake. We would consider staying here again. Negative: We didn't dislike anything but feel that some small improvements might enhance the property---a lamp on the bedside table (so that the overhead lighting isn't the only option); something to place soap & shampoo on in the shower; dish soap and basic cleaning supplies, a small cutting board.
